Hire Duration: Standard hire is from 9 AM to 5 PM, unless otherwise arranged.

Deposit: A refundable deposit of R300.00 is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance qualify for a full refund.

Delivery: A delivery fee of R200.00 applies within a 20 km radius. For locations beyond 20 km, a charge of R4.90 per km will be added.

Safety: Equipment is used at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries incurred during use.

Shoes: Please ensure shoes are removed before walking or playing on the toys.

Indoor/Outdoor Use: Our toys are suitable for both indoor and outdoor play, but not to be wet.
